You’ll join each other for each Thursday at 8pm throughout the program (this might be flexible for those on the course if it’s decided another time is more suitaible)
Proven Strategies: Each week your coach will share evidence-based techniques to address cravings, helping you build a toolkit to manage stress and rebuild your self-esteem.
Accountability & Encouragement: No judgment, just a community cheering you on every step of the way.
Special Guest Experts: Gain insights and inspiration from guest experts to create lasting change—not just for your drinking habits, but for your entire life.
This isn’t about willpower or perfection—it’s about progress.
If you’ve tried to quit before and felt defeated, it’s not because you’re weak. It’s because you didn’t have the right support.
This program is different. It’s not about rules, labels, or fitting into a box. It’s about meeting you where you are and helping you find your way forward. All for just £199.
Here’s what past clients have said:
“I feel the work we have done together has been pivotal in my life, I could not have done it without you... I finally accepted I couldn’t do it on my own but didn’t like the thought of AA and was looking for an alternative. The future focused orientation resonated and concentrating on the benefits of sobriety.”
“Thank you Lucy for being a steady beacon of light helping me identify the endless new possibilities open to me and giving me lots of practical tips and tools to deal with life and situations that previously I couldn’t imagine without a drink (or several) in my hand.”
QUESTIONS?
What type of drinker is the Flourish Collective program aimed at?
This program is aimed at “grey area drinkers” - this refers to a space between casual, socially acceptable drinking and severe alcohol use disorder. If you often question your drinking habits, feel out of control, or suspect alcohol might be holding you back, this program is designed to help you explore those feelings and make empowered changes.
When are the weekly zoom calls & will they be recorded?
Unfortunately we won’t be recording this weekly Zoom meetings to respect each others privacy, however your Sober Club coach will be sharing short video lessons each week which can be watched on demand. The weekly Zoom calls are scheduled for Thursday evenings at 8pm however a poll will be run when the course starts to identify the best time for those involved so timing is flexible within reason.
Do I have to quit drinking completely to join this program?
Not necessarily. This program is about creating a healthier relationship with alcohol—whether that means cutting back, taking breaks, or quitting altogether. The choice is yours, and we're here to support you without judgment.
Is this program confidential?
Yes, 100%. Everyone in the group agrees to respect each other’s privacy, and any information you share will stay within the group.
What kind of results can I expect?
By the end of the program, you can expect to feel more in control of your drinking choices, have tools to manage cravings or triggers, and experience more clarity and confidence in your daily life. Results vary, but many participants report significant improvements in their health, relationships, and mindset.
How is this different from AA or therapy?
This is not a 12-step program or a replacement for. It’s a coaching-based approach focused on education, personal empowerment, and actionable strategies. It’s designed for people who don’t identify as alcohol-dependent but still want to change their drinking habits.
How long is the course?
The course is 4 weeks but you will have life-time access to the content.
This program is not designed for individuals who are physically dependent on alcohol; if you’re experiencing withdrawal symptoms or believe you may be dependent, we strongly encourage you to seek professional medical support.

Imagine waking up every day feeling energised, confident, and in control.
The first step is simple. Join us. Together, we’ll tackle the grey area and create a life you’re excited to live.

ABOUT ME
I’m Lucy, I’m a qualified Sober Club Coach with a corporate career in advertising and marketing.
I didn’t identify as a rock bottom drinker but I knew that alcohol was holding me back and that I had an unhealthy relationship with it. I couldn’t work out why I wasn’t able to moderate like other people and secretly worried about the damage I was doing to myself.
Several years ago I found the tools to not only quit alcohol but do so without the use of willpower and without feeling I’d given something up.
Quitting alcohol has not only transformed my health and wellbeing, it’s led to more meaningful relationships and leading a life that I’ve designed. I am now passionate about sharing these tools with others so you too can break free from the alcohol trap and transform your own life.
